hp on QVC v. hp on HSN

Does anyone here know the difference regarding product quality between the two networks? Does one consistently offer better deals on hp? I need another computer (I have an IT person who will bless the deal, ultimately) and I am waiting for the Q's December TSV, but if HSN is better, I would buy it there. Thanks.
