on my mac.  i have the new photo ap not the i photo ap and i can not fiqure it out.  Frustrated.

You didn't give the name of the program/app you're using, so you're not going to get step-by-step instructions for it. Have you tried visiting the website for the program and looking for directions there? Any company with an app should have a support site and many will have a user manual or instructions there.

You should be able to just insert the disc into the drive and drag and drop the photos in finder or directly from the photos app into the disc in finder, once it's mounted. I haven't done it myself though. I just use time machine for automatic backups and if I'm sharing photos I just email or text message them.

That's usually what I do. I don't use a program. The only time I use aa program to burn a CD is when I'm putting music files on a CD.
