for Christian the HP expert.

I would always watch qvc when they had HP computers and printers on. I also noticed that the HP expert would say how great the HP support was. Because of all the great support I purchased a HP 17.3 note book and a HP photo smart wireless printer. My purchase was made in October of 2010. The note book did not come with a manual or cd so I wanted to know how to do something on my new note book I called HP support. After asking my name serial number and model of the Note book I asked my question , they looked up when I purchased the note book and quoted me a price for the answer. I told them I did not have a manual and it was a simple question but they still wanted payment for their help. I am so very disapointed in HP and for saying on qvc about all the wonderful support. I had a old Dell desk top and Dell never asked for payment when I had a real problem with my Dell I like my HP a lot but if I had to do it over again I would have purchased a Dell.
