This is the 1st time I have purchased something from QVC. I will NEVER do business with QVC again. An order that was placed on the 9th of March with authorization given through my credit card for the purchase was flagged and held because I chose to ship to a different address than the billing address. I was not contacted and made aware of this delay until the 13th of March. My item now has not ship and will possibly and hopefully ship on the 14th of March which is the original expected delivery date. Hoiw do you wait until the 13th to contact a customer about an order that was placed on the 9th? This has to be the most idiotic customer service I have seen in years. ON top of all of this, after spending the afternoon on the phone with customer service, they misinformed me and said that the order would ship tioday, 3/13, and it did not!!! I can't begin to express my level of discust with this company
