ever since I downloaded Firefox 5.0 I've had all kinds of problems. first, my bookmarks disappeared. I finally found enough information by Googling to restore the bookmarks. but with 5.0 almost every time I click on something I get this message: "can't locate binary component", then when I delete the message it takes me to the website or whatever I was trying to get to.
also, when viewing my email, I'll click to open the mail and the computer goes to Yahoo and a message that the page can't be located ( or somehing to that effect).
when I went to "my computer" to the "add or remove" programs and clicked on it to see if I could remove Firefox 5.0 that way, I get an error message "an exception occurred while trying to run C:windowssystem32shell32dll,control_rundll blah blah blah
what the heck is going on and how can I safely remove 5.0 and go back to 4.0 without crashing everything on my computer?
