computer hijacked today........

This morning my computer was working just fine. I went out to lunch and while I was out the electricity flashed off momentarily. When I came back my computer needed to be restarted which is what I did. When I opened the internet instead of my normal homepage (msn dot com) showing up, searchnu dot com/406 came up.

I knew right away something was wrong so I immediately did a quick scan on McAfee and it said everything was fine. Unfortunately it wasn't. I ended up doing a system restore.

Has anyone else had to deal with this? I have no idea where this came from -- any ideas???

I'm really tired of this kind of stuff happening. Why can't people who sit around thinking up this kind of stuff go out and get real jobs???????!!!!!!!!!!!
