computer advice: Web pages not fully loading

Hi Everyone: I need advice from computer users out there. When I go to a webpage oftentimes it does not fully load - for example, the picture does not come up. With regard to QVC, the product comments from customers and star ratings often do not appear. I also get the message javascript - null and void. along the bottom of the screen. I would appreciate any advice. In this high tech world, I am still low tech! Thanks, Gail
