Had an email from my 'carrier' (I'm not computer savy), and they said they're updating a lot of things during the next FEW WEEKS and I may encounter probloblems. Wellll, today I can't 'reply' to anything. called the company and they didn't seem to help. I just wonder if it's something with the Q, because they have so much 'go wrong' so often. should I just wait it out a while? is anyone else having problems? TIA
