can't find where to post my question

I have the latest halo---I've used it 2x on my galaxy s5 and notice it will only charge it up to 30%--is this normal?

You put it in the right place. You would get more replies if you put the subject in the thread title such as "Question on Halo Charging" or something like that.

I don't own a Halo, so I can't help you. It would also help getting replies if you name the model that you have.

The Halos had 3000 mAh so should provide more than 30%. The s5 has a large battery but a comparable charger from the brand I use (Anker) would be able to charge the s5 almost fully. I would find 30% unacceptable.
