app Runtastic

I put this in Health & Fitness also...

I installed a 'Free' app for Runtastic on my iPhone. A follow-up email indicated that the app was only free for 14 days, then a fee would be charged.

I would like to cancel it out before the grace period ends, but don't know how, except for physically removing the app from my phone. (I have not used it since I found out about the false advertising.)

Sent an email to the company but the reply was generic... sent me to their 'Help' link, which was of no help.

Can someone help me? Thanks.
