i have a samsung tracphone from hsn and for the past week i cannot make calls out.

it keeps saying failed, or network is busy.

i always make sure it is fully charged.

i called samsung c.s. and they do not know why this is happening, and i spoke with a few others in my area who said even when they travel they can get the same situation i noted above. samsung c.s. says remove battery and reinstall, but that does not help at all.

i wonder if that really means too many cell phone users now, and not enough towers, so some calls get through, and others will not.

either way this really stinks, especially if my cable goes down and my land line phone is dead, i need my cell to call out should i need medical help. i got rid of cable tv and just kept cable phone and internet access.

anyone else experiencing similar to what i am experiencing?
