Has anyone had a problem with their phone "changing" after they upgrade? Mine seems to be doing things differently. sometimes calls can't go through...can you UNDO an upgrade? I have a Samsung Tracfone.

My upgrades have been efficient and smooth to use. I have a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G which is on a family plan with my son, DIL and grandson. (Their phones are much more techy than mine!)
I've never had a Tracfone and know nothing about them.
Sorry you are having problems. Is there are store locally or a phone number to help you?

You can't undo an update. The information about a system can be found in the settings of your phone in the software update tab. Take this information and do a Google search it will tell you about the changes.
