? about a message I get

I have a new apple macbook and love love love it. It is soooo easy for me to navigate. I use firefox most of the time. Here is the deal......when I go to Paula's Choice (and it only happens on this site) and I try to click on some of the topics there to check them out, or I try to contact them to ask a question, this is the message that shows on my screen:

HTTP Error 400. The request is badly formed.

Any ideas as to why this happens there and what I can do to make the request work? I realize I can call the site to ask, but somehow, I just have more confidence in this site!Smiley Happy
