Zinio e-magazines

I noticed that the TSV includes a $100 Zinio gift card. Just thought I'd share this in case anyone is attracted to that offer. . .

My public library allows me to check out DOZENS of magazines for FREE on my iPad & iPad mini through their Zinio subscription. All I needed was a library card and an email address. I set up the account through the Zinio link on my public library's website. I can borrow a magazine for 2 weeks at a time and then it disappears. If I'm not finished at the end of 2 weeks, I can renew it. They currently have about 75 titles for me to choose from--titles for the kids too. I've checked out several magazines at once.

If you like to read magazines, you should check your local library to see if they subscribe to Zinio. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the free resources available.
