Yahoo email will only show first 3 emails, have to scroll to see the rest

I got a new computer this past week and when I went to my Yahoo email and signed in it will only display 3 emails and the rest of the page is shaded gray with the envelope emblem toward the bottom. I can scroll down to see the rest of my email but can only see 3 emails displayed that I can physically see. I tried the Yahoo help and even called their CS number and again like every other place I call lately it was someone off shore and he was rude and said there was something wrong with my computer which there is not. He did not understand what I was trying to say. Does anyone here know what I should do? I did go to Yahoo settings but did not see anything that would solve this problem.

Was your problem ever resolved?  If not (I don't use Yahoo so I have no specifics) Google "Yahoo email only shows first 3 emails" and you will get some links with suggestions.

 

My guess  is that you have to adjust your settings to allow more emails to show.  HTH
