Yahoo email problem

I've been having problem with opening and deleting my yahoo email, and composing email this week. Sometimes it will allow me to open, delete, and compose email, other times it won't. I generally re-boot and initially I thought that would correct the problem, but at times email works fine, other times it does not. Any suggestions would be appreciated as to how to correct this problem. Thanks.
