Xbox One Battery Pack and Wire

So I bought an Xbox One on QVC - and I love it. However, the battery pack and wire are a piece of junk. I think I know why though, it's not a Microsoft product. Its a no name third party brand. My gf said when she opened the box for me, it said what the brand was, but I can't seem to find it. Was wondering if anyone else knew the brand name or had the paper included for the battery pack and wire.

I've ordered an Xbox one and am eagerly awaiting it myself. I hope this helps. On the 360 I had zero luck with Microsoft or off brand rechargeable battery packs. Most of them lasted one or two Charges then just couldn't keep a full charge. Then I found only one company that held up. It's called Nyko. I used my Nyko battery and AA bateries. The other rechargeable batteries were all garbage. If you could help me now. How many days did it take from order date to receiving your new xbox?
