Wireless with Roku & Magic Jack +

We bought a Magic Jack Plus and it works well when we plugged it in today but then Roku will not connect just keeps going through 'reconnection ' process . I tried a live chat with roku and could not get it to work that way . Live chat with MJ+ and they did not know what roku was & I tired of waiting. Any body have any ideas or had this experience and resolved it.
