My Tai Chi instructor made a practice video using a cell phone and then burned DVDs for class members. It is an MP4 file, which I am unable to view on my laptop. I have Windows Vista and Windows Media Player 11. I think I need to install a decoder or codec file so I can play MP4 files on my laptop. Can anyone give me more details, and recommend a reputable site from which to download the needed file? TIA
