Windows Live Email ... HELP!

I had to restore my all my filesfrom my ClickFree HD back onto my laptop. I chose for it to put everything back where it was before and it did except my Windows Live Email contacts were not back in my contact list. I've found 1 .wab file in my documents but it doesn't look like it was the most current one that I had in Windows Live before doing a system restore (it looks like my old list from Outlook Express).

Can someone tell me where I might find my Windows Live contacts .wab file? I thought I found it in C:/Users/MyName/Contacts & in a couple of other places but when I click on it, it's a folder and opens to show my 108 contacts. I can't figure out how to import them because I can't actually find the .wab file for these correct contacts .... only the .wab file for my old list.

Any help would be appreciated.
