Windows Defender in Windows 8?

I am using this as my anti-virus and anti spyware. It says I don't need anything else.

I have Malwarebytes on my Windows 7 computer, but I can't find if Malwarebyes is compatible with windows 8 or if I even need it.

Advice? Thanks!
