Why no tracking info????

Can anyone explain to me why I had two separate orders placed and both shipped out 12/20 one delivered earlier today but the other I have no clue where it is. Yes its supposed to be delivered today and they can deliver till 7p.m. tonight but I have no clue as to where it is at. Why is there no shipping information at all besides shipped on 12/20 but no info after that just says billing info received. I just want to know where its at.
