Why is My Computer Doing This? And, How Do I Fix It?

My computer is supposed to be set at 100% view. The computer will randomly zoom to 150% or will zoom out to 75% and points between. I have gone to my start menu and inspected many of the choices to see where I should go to set 100% as the default, but cannot figure out where this setting would be.

Could anyone give me the step by step play of how to correct this? I have no idea how this happened. Thank you so much for any assistance you may be able to give me.
