I ordered a new computer on Nov. 2nd (a week ago) and it still says processing. The EDD is Nov. 9th (tomorrow). I'm starting a new job on Sunday Nov. 13th and need this computer for my job. I'm starting to get a little worried! Does it usually take this long to ship a item? I'm new to QVC so I'm much not familiar with the whole process in ordering. Without this computer, I won't be able to start my new job! Eeek!

I would either call QVC's CS to ask about your order or post this thread in the 'Customer Care' forum, the mods watch that forum closely and will step in to help resolve any problems!

Contact customer service. Did you order the computer as a TToday's Special Value? When you buy a computer from QVC, it is made to order and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Sometimes communcations between the two are slow to happen.

You can also try posting in the Customer Care forum, where the mods help with customer issues, but if I were you, I would call immediately.

 Check out my post in customer care. Item i am referring to is also a computer, microsoft surface. Very unsettling re how this has been handled.
