Re: Why don't they demo HOW to do things with electronics?

The internet, especially youtube, can show how to use anything.  However, I think it would be good for the Q to also show how to use electronics and to do it on Q2.  Since that channel is mostly pre-recorded shows, they could easily have how-to-use electronics shows scheduled.  For those who are not proficient in using electronics, that could really help, especially since we all seem to have large televisions and it would be easier to see on a large screen rather than the computer.

or Q3 they used to have shows like that for beauty could be a good way to go, but viewers have to know they are available

Re: Why don't they demo HOW to do things with electronics?

Thanks to all for your comments. I should have been clearer in my op. I wasn't asking for instructions on how to do each and every function. But they could show a little how-to for a feature now and then.

I am very aware of Google/YouTube/device site, etc. for electronics. I download all user guides and related written materials for each device that I have.  I search them all the time with problems. Have a lot of electronics - computers, tablets, phones, etc. - and would hate to think of not being able to Google my questions.

Why can't the hosts or vendors demo what the items can do, not just tell us they can. A good example is a Tracfone. They hold the phone up, slide the screens around, tell us how wonderfully clear the screen is, open apps, show a photo, etc., but they seldom demo how to actually do something. Same goes for tablets, tv's, sound bars. HSN is about 100% guilty of this, QVC is a little better with this.

@WildDunes @YES, YES, YES. Could you post something similar in SUGGESTIONS. Seeing how to do things is not only better for us buyers but I bet it will increase sales because so many stay on the fence about electronic purchases because they don't know how they will use the item. EXCELLENT IDEA.They don't need to show many things. They can just show a few things.
