Why can't my new DVD play on my TV?

I put in a new DVD to play on my HDTV and it keeps saying copyrighted movie HDMI HDCP fail with TV. The movies plays but this message keeps coming up every 5 seconds. What does it mean and how can I get it to go away? All my other DVD's play fine. I ordered this movie through Amazon.
