Why Do I Have Trouble Viewing Product Videos?

I have trouble viewing product videos on my IPhone 4S. I do not have this problem on my HP laptop (8.1). I have updated the IOS on the phone and webpages load much slower, but I had problems viewing the product videos, since I got the phone. Videos start, but constantly stop during the videos. This is so frustrating. I don't have any problems viewing YouTube videos.

If you are using the installed browser, Safari, it does support flash. You need to use a different browser, such as Chrome, that has flash built it. Or you can find an app that is a flash player.

Mindy D, I'm sorry you're having problems. The Q videos on Apple mobile devices work without Adobe Flash Player. Since you can view them but it seems they're "buffering" the download (starting and stopping) it sounds like a possible problem with the connection. Even though YouTube videos are working, I've noticed the Q website has had numerous (to say the least) technical problems, one of them being the fact that the site is responding verrrrrry slowly at times. Is your connection strong? (You can check WiFi and cellular with various websites and apps, like Speedtest.net.)

After the iOS 8 installations, there have been reports that routers need to be rebooted and/or the device's "Network Settings" should be reset (under General-->Reset-->Reset Network Settings). If you do that, you'll need to add your WiFi password again after the device restarts.
