Where's my order???

I ordered a DELL XPS 15 on May 31st, its now June 18th. It has been "in process" and "label printing" for about 19 days. even though its delievery date is the 23rd i'm still concerned because It has been doing literally the same thing for so long i think there may have been a mix-up from either party? anyone experience this and or any advice? should i cancel and reorder or just stick with it?
