Where did it go?

G/f used my computer and suddenly I lost the toolbar with my "home" icon. Didn't notice until she left, so I have no idea what she might have done.

I'm assuming there's an easy fix and I'm too uninformed to know it. Can someone tell me what to do that won't mess me up even further? TIA Millie
