Where Is "Allow Plug-Ins" On A Mac?

Google said to click Safari "Preferences", click on "Websites" and click "Allow Plug-Ins", except there is NO "Allow Plug-Ins" option! Some other places say to go to "Security", but that doesn't have an "Allow Plug-ins" option either! The only thing I can think of is Safari isn't set as my home browser, Google is, but still, you'd think I'd be able to allow plug-ins (for Flash Player) somewhere. Help!

Open Safari, click on Safari at the top left corner, select preferences then security.  There is where you can enable Javascript.

I cannot enable Plug-ins, because an option to do so simply does not exist anywhere in my Safari Preferences! It is supposed to exist - everywhere I go online for instructions on how to enable Plug-ins says it is there - but not on my Mac!

@grammarqueen

If you are trying to install Flash Player always do so through System Preferences>Flash Player>Updates>Check Now

FWIW......

Google is a search engine website

Google Chrome is the browser
