What to use to stream Netflix...

on our TV?

We bought a blue ray but we have our cable imbedded in a brick wall and it is taking a long time ot get the signal. Wat too long.

DD thinks we should get a Wii or another gaming system. But here's the rub...we want to convert to high def and she said a Wii won't do it.

I know I am leaving out info. here...so please pardon me. Can someone please fill in the blanks? TIA
