What's with the QVC Website?

Ever since about mid-May when I try to get QVC, their home page is really cracy.

The top part is missing, so I have to click where I think the big Q is and the top part comes up so I can check on my order status, etc. The middle part is strange too. At first Chaz pops up with a bunch of gallens and the caption says "the gallons are back". Eventually the correct pics pop up.
