Did you know that if you buy a Straighttalk phone from Walmart, they will activate it and set it up for you? They will also transfer all your stuff from your old phone over to your new phone.

I have bought three tracfones and never have a problem with set up...

my brother has had to call tracfone a few times....long story...but he never has a wait on the phone...people are always so friendly and helpful....they are like best friends...haha...he is pleased with his phone and the c.s. over there....

Thankyou happy housewife---as I mentioned I DID have the Miami number- and a great
tech but couldn't find it because I'd had the old phone for a couple years. Couldn't resist the triple minutes but I do find the "touch" is off --texting is not "spot on"-- I don't know what the problem is- I don't have giant figures but will have to look for a stylus.

Well, I have to "retract" that thankyou- I called it and got outsourced. Anyhow after having to spend only a few minutes for DH's phone - I ended up spending hours and 3 days trying to get mine set- only to have them tell me it's defective. ARGGGH!!!
