What happens with Square Trade if you return item?

Hi I bought a 24 inch TV from QVC yet to be delivered and noticed I have 30 days to decide on the square trade insurance. What I wonder is what happens if we decide we dont want the TV for whatever reason ( too small, bad picture etc) and I have already bought the ST Insurance? Do I get a refund on the insurance or am I out the money if I return the TV?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me info regarding this.
