This was the second time I went to learn more about my mini ipad. The first time I made an appt, I didn't know that the appt should have been for a workshop rather than technical so the tech only gave me 10 minutes of time. Took 45 minutes to get there, find parking and locate them in the huge mall. This time, I did get some general information but if you want to know much off their script, you have to make another appt. In other words, there's a workshop for itunes, for clouds, for anything that takes more than 2 minutes to understand...you have to make another appt. They are 28 miles away from me and it's ALWAYS like grand central station there sooooo I doubt if I'll be going back unless it's this summer when I have some weekday time off. Oh, also it's in one of the busiest malls there is. People, people, and more people. I'm not having fun yet, lol.
