Watch Live TV Problem

Since yesterday, I've not been able to watch QVC from my laptop. I click on "Watch Live TV", and the circle keeps spinning around, and nothing happens. I called Customer Service, and was told there should be no problem on their end. I can play videos of individual products, but not live TV. Have any of you had this problem? Otherwise, what do you suggest I do?
