I have a Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge) operating system.  Last week, right after the computer did a number of upgrades, I ran into some problems.  If I try to access my account on QVC, or pull up an item number, it shows "Bad Request....your browser sent a request that this server could not understand".  To even sign in today, I had to open in incognito window.  HELP.  I have no idea what happened.

Re: WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE ISSUES

Try using Google Chrome.  You might find that works better.

@Nuisie1, Is that easy to switch to?  What amazes me is that this happened immediately after the upgrade!!

Re: WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE ISSUES

Try clearing your browser history: On Microsoft Edge browser click on the three dots and clear browsing data.

If that doesn't work, whenever I have issues after an update I uninstall it and then reinstall the update.

IMHO, you should have at least two browsers on your computer (such as Chrome, Firefox).

Re: WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE ISSUES

Yes Susan,  just google "chrome" and download.  I have 10 also and only use chrome and don't have any problems with updates.  Hope this helps.
