am I posting so many times and all over these forums? Because, I am finally able to sign in and I have been deprived for what seems like a long time .

I had to create a new account in order to post.  I don't know why I couldn't sign into the forums, contacted tech support, they said it was a glitch in the system and I finally just created a new account.

Congrats, @Flatbush. I rarely post negative comments, but you'd think that the Q's tech support would eventually be able to un-glitch, if it's truly a 'glitch,' without such inconveniences for users. This has not inspired much confidence in their system. 

 

I was finally able to sign out for the first time last night since this mess started, with no problem signing in this AM. Maybe it's finally fixed, but I'll have to see if it sticks.

No it's not. I just had to try about 6 times. I got a red pop up that said to call customer service as if they want to deal with it. LOL. I just kept trying.
