I ask because I bought an HP SimpleSave that's suppose to do everything the Click Free does but it did not back-up any games not even the ones I paid to download. I'm not happy about that. It also didn't back-up all of my husband's music and I Tunes info, all that was a hit and miss when using this device to install these things to a new computer. Does the type of computer or type of windows on your computer make any difference. Maybe this device is saving everything but our new computer has windows 7 ( i hate windows 7) and maybe that's the problem. Any thought out there on this subject. Our old computer did not have windows 7, that's why I wonder if the windows version has anything to do with not what gets saved but the devices ability to upload it to a new computer.
