WD Passport Ultra for Windows 7 home edition

I need help figuring out the installation process of the above.  I don't quite understand what I am suppose to do. TIA for help.Smiley Frustrated

What instalation process?  When I buy a portable hard drive, I plug it in and start using it.  Some do come with backup software you can use.  If that is what you're talking about, put the CD into the drive and follow the instructions.
