Voicemail on Tracefone

I have the Tracefone the Q sold a couple of months ago. Programed everything OK except forgot my password for the voicemail. When I press #1 and hold down for a few seconds, it keeps asking for my password. How do you reset a new password? Thanks.

I believe you have to call Tracfone to reset it. Go to the FAQ on their website, they may have an answer.

If you don't want to call try doing live chat. I prefer live chat to calling. The button is located in the upper right corner of the page.
