Should I use Vipre Advanced Security and the Wifi shield on my Laptop computers,
Currently have Windows Defender running and it seems to be fine.
Wondering if I should just return the Vipre Advanced and Wifi Shield if I don't need it.

You need a strong security program. Please go online and read about Vipre.
Windows Defender is not strong enough to protect you alone.
