Videos on MacAir

I have a 6 year old MacBook.  A few days ago I uninstalled Adobe Flash player because it was obsolete.  So could this be why I cannot view any videos on the Q website?( I can see videos no problem on HSN!)  SO frustrating cause I won't buy anything unless I can see it other than a picture.  I also am having trouble viewing on my Amazon tablet.  No connection so could it be the Q's problem?
