Video converter tool--malware?

I was just watching a video on Youtube and saw a banner on bottom of video saying I needed to install a video converter tool (think that's what it said) from google. This was positioned where you normally see ads pop up when watching Youtube. Needless to say, I didn't click on it. Tried to search to find out what it was about, and it looks like it's probably malware. Would anyone know about this? Thanks.

I don't see where it's probably malware. Using Google, I get lots of results for video converter tool. What is your web browser, what hardware are you using, do you have Adobe Flashplayer, etc. etc.
