Upgrade from Optimus Dynamic to Optimus Dynamic II

I think I answered my own question. Yes it's worth it because I would be paying $99 for a years worth of minutes, texts and data anyway - so for an extra $30 I can upgrade my phone from Gingerbread to Jelly Bean. It makes sense to me anyway...
