Check with your cable/phone service. I have ATT and I have virus protection. When I had Comcast, they included a really good anti-virus suite. If you don't have either, check on HSN for the Viper that can be used on multiple pc's.

If you do not get anti-virus software from your ISP, this is a review of must programs http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2372364,00.asp
Today, the concept is a layered approach for anti-virus protection. Viper only gets a fair grade, because is too basic. I do not know of any major ISP giving this software with service.

i bought this computer and it seems to be running slow to me.Also looks like i got some kind of virus already. Has anyone else have a problem with this computer? I am waiting for my life time tech support to come so maybe some of these problems can be resolved. if not i am returning it.

Did you activate the anti-virus protection in Windows 10? You then need to find another anti-virus program.

I bought this computer and I am returning it. Very slow and it freezes I notice others have the same problem. its a beautiful computer and I would love to keep it Iam very dissapointed.

I just brought a new computer[ HP] not from QVC. It has anti virus from Macaffy for a 30 days then I will subscribe for a year [it has to be activated] . I am surprised your new computer does not even have that included? .. very odd. I know how frustrating that can be. Good luck to you.

You may want to check with your ISP and see what anti-virus suite is provided with service.
