Turning off MSE Firewall.

I just installed MSE (removed McAfee{#emotions_dlg.w00t}) and want to now install the Comodo firewall. I don't see anywhere to turn of MSE firewall. Maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. Thanks for your help.
