Tried and Tried through Searches; Couldn't Find out How to Change the Font Color of Desktop Icons

I have Windows 7 Home Premium, and would like to change the color of the font under my desktop icons. TIA for any help. I searched the web, but with no luck. With Windows XP, I could right click anywhere on the desktop and go to "Properties," but now the only offer is "Pearsonalize," but will not let me change Icon color on the desktop. {#emotions_dlg.blush}
