Transferring filed from ClickFree?

I am frustrated as I always back-up my files on a ClickFree and have for several years. However, I never needed to transfer any files before. I don't want to restore and transfer doesn't come up. It is confusing they way they say it works and looks.

I got rid of my desktop a few months ago and backed it up before I wiped it clean. Now I would like to tranfer files to my newest laptop and it keeps going back to the new laptop and not letting me put the files from the old one on this. It says it will wipe my new laptop clean and start over? I always liked the ClickFree but wouldn't use them if I can't do this. I need some of the documents and they will be lost if I can't transfer them. I did a few on a USB drive before I got rid of the old one. The site was no help at all.

Any suggestions?
