Transfer Wizard or Smart Switch for Tracfone

Which is best?  Have used both in the past but wondered if one is now better than the other.

I used the transfer wizzard with no problems.

Don't know about the other one.

I use Smart Switch when I moved data from Samsung phone to Samsung phone.
